Metal table?

There are challenger, which are aluminum and SS. They have colored finishes on them. Very high quality and weatherproof compartments. They also have a lifetime warranty on the finish. Normal care needs to be used to not burn the finish, but not a big deal IMO.
  There is also all SS tables fabricated by @Tspud1. I don't have any experience with them personally, yet, but they appear to be extremely professional. I would say desert type heat would be the only real drawback for a metal table. Outside of that, I feel,they are superior in every way to a wooden ones. Not to disparage the multitude of beautiful custom tables you will find here and elsewhere. 

^^^^  So I am prepping my move this week and will start construction on my outside kitchen experiment in January. I am thinking about doing this set up above with my LBGE and my stainless table but fence it in with wood and put a little slanted roof with a light so I can see and that way the smoke will billow out away from me and I can keep my charcoal bags dry. I love my stainless table, its easier to clean and if I spill anything I don't worry about it. Full disclosure though I didn't pay for it, I found it in my dad's garage while he was cleaning it out and said to find a home for it.
