Trial run for some pizzas!

Today me and a buddy of mine decided to try out some pizzas since both of us are rookies with the whole pizza thing. He is hosting a New Years party and wants to do a bunch of pizzas so we needed to do a trial. We used store bought dough from Sams Club, not the best in the world but still good. We did them on his KJ between 600-700 degrees. Hopefully I can get these pics to post correctly since I don't post much
First one is an olive oil and chopped garlic base with mozzarella, country sausage, and onions
Second pizza was Stubbs bbq sauce base with pulled pork leftover from a previous cook, bacon and mozzarella, then topped with some bbq sauce after.
Third pizza was marinara based with pepperoni, sausage, peppers and onions.
Finally a a little dessert pizza, honey based with chocolate chips and a crushed butterfinger candy bar. Put a little cold pineapple on at the end.

We did a few more pizzas but they didn't turn out all that great so no need to post. Thanks for looking!

Thanks guys, they were really good! It was fun today, being off work this week allowed time to do this. Wish I could make all the rain in the forecast to go away so I could get some more cooks in this week!Durham, NC

My wife and I hosted a group of friends and we made pizza for everyone, 12 total. I had the dough ready on parchment paper and had everyone make there own using the toppings bar we set up. I found that after about the 8th pizza the temp started to drop. For me and the dough recipe I use I shoot for a dome temp between 650 and 700 to start. By the time I was done it had dropped to 550, which only meant the last pizza cooked longer that 6-7 min I usually do.
For these pizzas I did end up keeping them on the parchment paper the whole time as we had one guest who was allergic to gluten and this put her at ease to know thatMedium BGE , iGrill2
