I tried my first rotisserie cook on my kamado.
I did a 4 bone angus certified standing rib roast on the rotisserie and 3 turkey rolls.
I used peach chunks and cooked the turkey at 325 and then used white oak and cooked the beef at 350.
What a great day with the family!!

the turkey is from Costco. It is basically the two breasts rolled together. We are not really dark meat eaters so this is the perfect setup for our family!!! Cooked to 165 IT and they are juicy as can be! -
