Prime Rib Gone Well

Did a prime rib roast today for our main meal. Used a combo of Montreal Seasoning, Dizzy Pig Raising the Steaks, and Dizzy Pig Cowlick for a dry rub, Then seared in a skillet on the stove before hitting the egg. For smoke I used a combo of Merlot Bourbon barrel staves and some applewood. The bark got stung raves from the crowd. Finished off with Brussels sprouts, mushroom and roast potatoes.Cooked for 3.5 hours at 225 using my CyberQ. See below.
