OT - Shakshuka eggs for breakfast are awesome

If you are looking for something
-  unique to make for a holiday breakfast
-  that would show off your bread-making skills

Shakshuka eggs might fit the bill..

You'd probably like this dish if you like:
- tomato sauces
- middle eastern spices
- eggs (I love eggs...)

I've had it once at Barbounia while on a work trip to New York City.  They served it with lamb sausage and the best breakfast bread I've ever had.

Was reminded of it when I noticed a jar of "Shakshuka sauce" with the "new item" label at Central Market.

Here are two of the recipes I've found

I'm going to make it with my olive oil fried eggs first, then dunked in the sauce vs poached eggs
Gives much more flavor to the eggs than poaching, and ensures the whites get done first.
Should be a very fast breakfast.

Wish I had some of your bread-making skills!
