looks like the sliding board is designed to add more meat to the grill rapidly. but then I've pretty deep into the ethyl right now.Richmond and Mathews County, VA. Large BGE, Weber gas, little Weber charcoal. Vintage ManGrates. Little reddish portable kamado that shall remain nameless here. Very Extremely Stable Genius.
