@jhl192 yeah this was my first time cooking with cast iron. Much better than the SS grate.

Did you do high heat sears then finish at lower temp or how did you cook them?

@fishindoc yeah I got the grill up to about 600 degrees closed the bottom and cooked 3 min each side.
