Need DizzyPig Mediterranean-ish rub substitute

I'm wanting to try my first stuffed pork loin using this recipe suggested by DMW .

My wife has everything except the Mediterranean-ish rub.  Couldn't find it on her shopping trip today in northern Ky.  What would be an acceptable substitute?  We're way out in the country so selection is pretty limited.  What sort of spices would simulate this rub?

Any storebought greek seasoning will work.   Or you can Google a recipe for greek seasoning and make it yourself.  There's not much to it.

or Italian seasoning would work as well. I just wouldn't use a BBQ rub for this.

  • Thanks shucker and DMW.  Wife was intent on finding the DizzyPig rub.  Surely our local Kroger ( 15 miles away) will have one of these suggestions.  Looks like they should be a reasonable substitute.  Have the loin thawing, hoping to Egg it this afternoon, if I don't slice a finger off trying to fillet the thing.  Will be my first attempt at stuffing a cut of meat and want to follow instructions as close as possible.
