I have a spiral cut hickory smoked ham. I plan on putting it on the egg with three chunks of apple and one pecan. Anyone see any problems with this combination?

when ive done spirals ive gone really light with the smoke because theres more exposed area with the cuts but thats a good combo. also i dont go over 130 internal with those to avoid drying them out

Just my 2 cents but that's a lot of smoke chunks, I am doing a SRF half ham with one chunk of apple and 1 chunk of pecan on ChristmasSloppyJoe said:I have a spiral cut hickory smoked ham.
