Found this on recent trip to Palm Springs.
The entire piece is about 3 1/2 or so feet tall and must weigh 800lb. When the restaurant goes under, I'm BIDDING on one of the 3 or 4 they have for the ULTIMATE lawn ornament.
I think Anthony Bordain will want one, too.

COOL - I like that too, but are you real sure that is bronze and not just fiberglass painted bronze? Reason I ask is the first picture looks like the nose has been rubbed many times like for good luck. It is neither shiney nor dull like bronze would be, but more like fiberglass.Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time

I just sent a note off to 'Babe's' and ASKED. I thought they were real metal when I wrapped one with a knuckle.
Maybe I did something wrong when I processed the first photo? the Nose IS a highlight.
