Smoked pulled Italian beef

Smoked some pulled beef with a little tomato sauce, bell peppers and onions. Toasted up some sub buns with butter, garlic and mozzarella. Pickeled banana peppers were a must. Made it for the McGregor fight.

Woh! Looks great. Way too little details!

What kind of beef did you smoke?
Then you pulled it an mixed it up with the sauce, peppers and onions? Any kind of a long simmer or time back on the egg in a pot or was it good to go?
Awesome. I need to make me some of that there Italian beef.

2.5 #Beef chuck roast. Smoked for 2 hours. Threw it in pressure cooker for a hour. Pulled it then. Simmered for few minutes with sauce " jar of Newman's spaghetti sauce" and added all the spices. I was on a time crunch. You could do it all on the egg. Just cooked it till pull-able. Then add sauce for a few minutes. it's way better all done on egg. @KiterTodd @BYS19812-XLs ,MM,blackstone,Ooni koda 16,R&V works 8.5 gallon fryer, express smoker and 40" smoking cajun
