My Porterhouse was bit over 2" thick and 2.89#
Ladies cuts were about 1"-1 1/4" each.
Edit: Finished each steak off with herb compound butter.
Spuds....self explanatory.
Broccoli.....steamed.
Our cats....plotting on the indoor Christmas Tree's Demise.
Our dog....keeping squirrels on their toes.
