Decided to cook some shrimp yesterday and picked up 1.5lbs of the kroger raw white shrimp (medium sized). $7/lb so i couldn't complain.

Used a little allrecipes.com recipe for the mixture. Whisked in a bowl and let them sit for 30 or so. skewered and dropped on the grill.
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon coarse salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 wedges lemon, for garnish
I added some basil and celery seed for fun but pretty simple.

Cooked raised direct at 400 for 3-4 minutes per side. Had a flare up while turning them for a second so some got more done than others lol! But they turned out fantastic!!!!

EDIT: You can see i recently added the rutland gasket and got a little happy with the copper sealant! Whoops!
