Got home, unpacked the suitcases and went into the fridge that had some things that my MIL picked up for us so we did not have to go shopping. Loathing the thought of doing the wash, I said I would prepare dinner and pieced together following, because I really did miss egged food.
Chicken stuffed with cheese and chorizo, wrapped in bacon. 375 direct for about 35 minutes then direct for about ten, rolling them so they did not burn.

Lamb leg steaks dusted with dizzy pig red eye express. They were pretty thin, so I went hot and fast:

Never had had lamb leg steaks before. Next time, the grate will be lower to get more of a crust on them.
Full belly now. Should sleep well tonight.

Thank you. This was the first time I did lamb leg steaks. Surprisingly easy to cook. Fast too. It was about 2:00 on each side then 15 seconds each side to even out the heat. Talk about a fast cook.
If you want a different taste from beef or pork, give this a try. With DP red eye express, or some other coffee rub, I think it is a great change in pace.--------------------------------------------------
