Here we go again!!! Rack of Pork rocks!! Cut into 4 sections, and had the first last night with DP Jamaican Firewalk - Most Excellent!!! 350 or so for 45 minutes raised direct. Too easy and too good. Normally these are available at Costco in late November through the end of December. Wish I had more freezer space... Santa Paula, CA -
