a loin I done tonite smoked 2 hours with apple and mesquite

    Looks great! So how was it? I do them all the time just put some rub on em and cook hot at 400 until internal temp is 130 and let it rest like 5 minutes slice against the grain and enjoy! I like some pink on the inside of a Tenderloin, nice and juicy that way.
