Brined another yardbird ( spatched)

picked up a chicken at Kroger and got it in a brine pretty quickly, but not before I snipped the backbone out. 4 hours in the bath and out it came. Padded the skin dry and used 3 beers rub that was sent to me to try. Indirect @375 for bout an hour and 15 min. Carved it up and served. Turned out great. Skin was crispy even without an extended drying or corn starch. The rub was real good also. I absolutely love the brine packets that come from Briner guys. The spice in the brine just suits my pallet.
