Place foil over turkey or not?

Turkey has been on for little over an hour now... Do you all eventually cover the bird with foil or leave exposed? Thanks

If the skin gets dark too quickly before you reach internal target temp, you can cover loosely with foil.canuckland

you can tent the bird with foil if you are worried about the color.
