Fantastic! 275 degrees for 4.5 hrs = Magic!I've slow smoked and eaten so much pork, I'm legally recognized as being part swine - Chatsworth Ca.

Went a little over 5 hrs. Not much pull back on the end of the bones. I think the texture and flavor were good, but maybe a little dry.
