Spatchcock Turkey Size Limit LGBE

All, I have had some awesome success spatchcocking chickens, and as this will be my first year hosting Thanksgiving, I was considering spatchcocking the turkey. But I have a couple of questions for you savvy veterans... How large of a bird will fit on my Large, after being flattened out? I ordered a 15lb turkey... I have always gone around 400* direct with chickens, but should I put the platesetter in since turkeys are so much larger? I was also planning on doing gravy in the egg. Any ideas how that can be done simultaneously with the bird? Thanks guys!!

The biggest I have personally done is a 12 but I think a 15 lb would fit. I found a similar question here:

A good suggestin was using an inverted V-rack if needed.
Direct or indirect is a matter of preference. If you want to do gravy then the challenge might be finding a pan that will fit under the bird with it splayed out. You could decide to make the gravy separately and you can even use the backbone as in this recipe:

Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
Here's another link addressing the same ?
Biggest spatchcock turkey that will fit on LBGE? FWIW-Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint. -
Here is what I did with mine which was 17lbs... Used a rib rack..
