Put a 9 pounder on this morning at zero-dark-thirty. Rubbed with mustard and McCormicks Memphis Pit. Going with 275 over some apple wood smoke and planning to FTC it a couple of hours before I pull it apart. Going to be some good eats today!

Nailed it. Great looking banquet.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
