Leftover Pork Butt Stew

Found this recipe in last months SL and has become a new favorite. Super easy and a great way to use up the last of the leftover butt. 
Here are the ingredients needed besides the pork:

Just warm up the Salsa Verde for a couple of minutes and add 2 cups of broth and the rest of the canned ingredients along with 1tsp of cumin. Original recipe calls for 1lb of pork but I usually add more. 

A little sour cream and/or avocado for garnish makes for a nice bowl of stew:
