so I bought some ny strip on sale last week, could pass them up, three thin slices for 9 bucks.

put them in the freezer and asked the wife between philly steak and fajitas... Verdict came back with fajitas.

i mixed up some onion, bell pepper, and zucchini. Mixed in olive oil and fajita ish.

salt pepper, oil and and some fajitaish on the steaks. Put them on the grill for 2 minutes each side, b
lazing hot
