Leftover Butt pinto beans

Crockpoted up 2 pounds of pintos overnight.  Then put in a large onion.can of roasted tomatoes. A couple of cloves of garlic. About a 2 pound chunk of frozen leftover butt.when the pork thawed I pulled it out and chopped it. Added some red pepper flakes and some of the rub I used on the butt.served with jiffy cornbread of course.

I might have to have a go at that. Just cooked a pound of pintos tonight. About 25 minutes in the pressure cooker (not pre-soaked). Perfectly cooked. Love my PC!

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Now that's a great combo right there. We love beans at our house. True comfort food.
