@Shiff does restaurant depot have full packer briskets?  There is one close to me in Pennsauken, NJ.  From what I understand there is no need for a membership.  If you are saying there is I am getting conflicting info. Thanks
The RD here has full packer briskets in several grades (not prime).  You do need a membership to get in, or you can get a day pass with KCBS membership.

Those look great. Plate ribs are a new favorite of mine.

"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Yes, RD does have full packer briskets. You do need a membership. You cannot purchase a membership however. If you have a business license, or non-profit affiliation (tax ID, etc) you get a free membership. The other way to get in is to join KCBS (http://kcbs.us).

Yes, RD has packer briskets at the prices I mentioned above.  I've never been to the one in Pennsauken, but it is a requirement of RD to show a membership card when you enter and again when you check out.  If you are a KCBS member, you can get a day pass as often as you like.  If you are a business owner (any business) you can get your own card.  I've never heard of anyone getting without a card or day pass.
