A breakfast eveyone should try

i have seen this recipe floating around Facebook for a while now, decided to give it a try

turned out great, and of course, in the spirit of egging, I added some pulled pork to the recipe for giggles, gave it a great smokey flavor

** did not cook these on the egg, but I plan to try the recipe on the egg soon.

Forgot ot to add a picture of the egg filling.

it had 1/2 TS of baking powder, 1/2 TS of oil,

rexipe also called for 1/4 cup of milk, but I didn't have any

i also sprinkled in some pancake mix which gave it a hint of sweet

Did a half dozen last nite w/ some leftover ribeye and added a little shredded cheddar. B'fast the rest of the week. Quick, easy and dang tasty.
