Mini Carrier...missing bracket

Was excited that my Mini Carrier came in....drove an hour up to Appleton to pick it up... It is missing the center piece to bolt the legs together.

What a frustration.....any one have an email address for warranty?

    Fantastic responsiveness...my dealer is Kitz&Pfiel in Appleton WI. They contacted the distributor and they are going to drop it off on Thursday. Duane Davis in Customer Support was helpful and would have sent it out also, but the locals had it addressed.

    Even though I wasn't pleased about it, all worked out well.

    Are you sure it's not in there? Sometimes there is a piece hidden below all the stuff, in the bottom of the box. Either way, good score. Just put two together over the weekend. One gone already. Long over due.

    @bcsnave glad to see another local.  I actually live 6 blocks away from Kitz & Pfiel.  Glad to hear they are pretty responsive.

    @pgprescott yes I took the carton apart....I really want to get this set up....when I saw the MM in a carrier...and the weight of the MM..i thought it would be great for the mini


    @Chris8938 are you in Appleton?  Jeff is going to have a cook in spring

    That sucks.  But glad they eventually hooked you up with the correct parts.  If you had to drive an hour and still got the shaft, I'd ask BGE or the distributor for compensation of some sort.  Just my two cents.   :|

    @bcsnave I am in Appleton.  Just inherited my dad's BGE as his health isn't the best.
