First Brisket

11lb 225 roughly for 14 hours. Had trouble holding constant temp, but I think it turned out pretty nice.

I've only done a handful, but I can tell you the results can be very inconsistent.
My first one I did everything wrong, and I mean everything - and it came out perfect. The next one I nailed every part of the cook and it was just so-so.

No matter how it turns out, brisket chili is always spectacular and worth the price of admission. Slow cooker is filled to the brim with a batch of chili as I type.Phoenix -

Walmart Super Centers carry them around here. The best selection and price is usually at Restaurant Depot - see if you have one near you.
