I have a mini max just purchased a plate setter will the plate setter work with a 2 piece cast iron grate wondering before I buy the grate also I'm looking in to buying a temp controller for all day and over night cooks any suggestions

Love my Rocks BBQ Stoker. If you have two eggs, you can easily make it compatible for both for an extra $15.
I run my large and mini-max with my stoker for any cooks longer than an hour.
Not sure about the cast iron grates for the minimax. -
No help here on your grate question, but you'll love you MM. I use mine easily twice as much as my LBGE. It's so easy for quick week night cooks.
