    darnoc,
Just wondering why you couldn't turn the caps lock off at least before you typed that last sentence, lol! Seriously, my cure for charcoal dust under the fingernails is to make biscuits! :-)[p]TNW

Gloves, darnoc; cheap plastic or latex gloves designed for handling food. They're cheap and good to own. JCA

    The Naked Whiz,
All right guys I get the hint.Have had two large egg for three years and three weeks ago is the first time I came on the site.Always time to learn new tricks. Still think that old qt. cooler is a good way to store lump near your cooking area.Saves me time for the shed run to refuel.Cheers,Sam Adams and the CAP LOCK KEY.

    stike,
Caught me!...I could tell you that it was the lighting....but, nah.....truth is.... that I have more epoxy and sawdust on me than I ever thought possible. I come in from the shop and Momma says "What's that on your cheek?' Well Crap!...It's epoxy...what do you think it is? Lawn Ranger has been riding again![p]Honestly, it has become an issue. Momma was recently appointed an Assistant VP at Trinity University (I'm very proud).....the down side is that I have to appear at more Presidential/Trustee dinners than before...[p]While I most times wear rubber gloves while in the shop...there are times when I get caught up in the moment. Trust me...on those occasions, getting these paws presentable takes some real scrubbing. Ah, What price glory?[p]I hope this post helps to save me from the dregs of depravity.[p]Mike

    LawnRanger,
my dad had this waterless handcleaner... swiped a wall-mounted lug of it from the shop.[p]that stuff would take off anything.
little fingernail brush, and you could never tell we'd spraypainted a pickup truck!

    darnoc,
I was at academy and found a kingsford brand carcoal container that is basically a massive tupperware. The advertise you can put the whole bag in and make it waterproof. As I read that one should sort his lump I will start using it this week. Also found my first foreign object this week, a walnet sized moonrock!
