Don't really have an official name but it was really good.
Contents were,thin sliced flank steak,cremini shrooms,onions,garlic,ginger and bok choy. Sauce was soy,agave,mirin and water.

For "cleaning out the fridge", I couldn't ask for better/more compatible ingredients, looks delish!

I admire your wok cooks because, A) they look delicious, and
wok cooks go quickly - that doesn't leave a lot of time for taking pictures.
I actually do a fair amount of stir fry but I'm so busy cooking I don't take pics. Thanks for the inspiration.Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
