Clean out the Fridge Wednesday Wokking

Don't really have an official name but it was really good.  

Contents were,thin sliced flank steak,cremini shrooms,onions,garlic,ginger and bok choy. Sauce was soy,agave,mirin and water.

    For "cleaning out the fridge", I couldn't ask for better/more compatible ingredients, looks delish!
    Never heard of using agave in a stir-fry sauce, do the sugars get a chance to carmelize/color the dish?

    First off, thank you!!   As for the agave, I really can't tell a lot of difference between that and any brown sugar that I use in my sauces.

    I admire your wok cooks because, A) they look delicious, and B) wok cooks go quickly - that doesn't leave a lot of time for taking pictures. 
    I actually do a fair amount of stir fry but I'm so busy cooking I don't take pics. Thanks for the inspiration.

    Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
