First Brisket, she's a beauty! 18lb Prime.... Running my AR with a nice 9lb Butt. Meat Church holy caw, Honey Hog and Deez Nuts.....oak, Pecan and Cherry Starting to make the neighbors hungry

I picked up prime briskets at Costco in Los Angeles last week for 2.99----Would have been even cheaper if I had bought a case of 5
