Sunday Game Plan

Watched some football again today. Broncos win in OT. Like to see some improvements on the O Line and need to catch the hard ball but, D delivered again and we're at 6-0 so it's all good. Huskers get a much needed W on the road so it's been a good weekend for us. Decided on some steaks. Dug some out of the freezer that I had vac saved about 9 months ago (looks like I need to replenish my stock). (2) 1 3/4" Chuckeyes & (2) 1 1/2" Delmonicos.  Hasselback spud for me and country mashed for everybody else with gravy and steamed broccoli.

Hasselback with lite avocado oil, lite kosher salt, cracked pepper, Italian herbs and a finishing dust of Honey Hog Hot.

Getting the steaks ready. By the way the weather was phenomenal today...breezy and in the 60s. So nice!

Steaks were all rubbed with @MeatChurch Holy Cow today.

Plated.  I was real pleased with the crust on all the steaks. Also I cooked my first medium plus steak for one of our guests. It's not difficult but, I did break out the TP to get it spot on.

Thanks for looking. Hope you enjoyed your Sunday.
