My first fatty

I keep seeing these delicious looking fattys so I thought I would try. I used 2lbs of lean ground beef and stuffed with ham, mushrooms, bacon, cream cheese and cheddar cheese. I cooked indirect at 350f for about two hours. Turned out great.

I served the fatty with some mashed potatoes and corn.

I will be doing this more often for sure.

I would put fatty's on your short list, they are delicious. I have seen these cooked many times I don't know why I waited so long to try one.

You can substitute the meat for sausage meat or something else. You can and more topping or less its all up to you.

@tinyfish Did you cook or par cook the bacon you stuffed or is it added raw?

@TXsmokin I fully cooked the bacon I stuffed inside and I also cooked the mushroom mixture.
