Pizza night

Started with Papa Murphrys. Needed quick and easy tonight. Used BGE stone on Platesetter with a dome temp of 550.

Cooked joth at 10 min. Crusts were thin and next time will be cooked at 8-9 min. Crust was crispy and top was nicely browned.

Great quick meal that everyone enjoyed. Can't beat pizza on an Egg!

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Looks great! Do you have an air gap between the PS and stone?
Edit: It doesn't appear that you do. By creating this air gap you'll find better results.

I only had my river stones for gaps (normally used for drip pan) and didnt trust that with my pizza stone. Buying some copper tees tomorrow to handle that. Completely agree!NPHuskerFL said:Looks great! Do you have an air gap between the PS and stone?
