Fresh Salmon is Awesome

I love my local Fish Monger 
(Captain Craig's Seafood, Springfield, MO!) Few things better than fresh salmon, dusted with DP Raging River, raised direct on the Mini with some alder chips tossed in the fire. About 30 minutes, 230ish at first to get a little smoke, then opened up for the last few minutes to finish it. Sooooo good.....
