ground up some short ribs. Added onion, Susie Qs, holy cow, couple eggs, and brown sugar. Made the parties then hit them with holy cow and bacon from MC. The pic does really do these justice that cutting board is 24"*18". Think I'm gonna need bigger buns. Gonna sear 
on a skillet in the mini and finish with some smoke on the MM. Hope to take pics but I already had to switch to beer to stay less drunk. Go Falcons.

So I didn't do a pan. Seared on the mini then smoked over oak on the MM. Cheesed around 125 pulled around 140. Best burgers ever. Have 4 more to cook at half time hope to get cook pics. Go Falcons.

This was the only cooking pic I got on the MM. It was funny the neighbors daughter looked over at me and asked why I was taking pictures of my food. Just ate one for breakfast and have 1 left for lunch. So good.
