It is just about time for my shakedown trip on the boat here in Central FL. We are just coming into the Sport Shrimping season. My wife and I usually get about 4-6, 5 gallon limits each season. Fresh shrimp caught in the evening and cooked the next day. It doesn't get much better. This year I will have the Egg to play with in trying new cooking methods.

nice boatload of shrimp. we are still waiting to find out if the feds will open the maine shrimp season this year, been closed the last two. our shrimp are full flavored, but tiny tiny, maybe 5000 count in a bucket salmon season opens april 1st, a few things need work on the boat, its time
