My favorite smoke flavor to date...

Brined up some nice 1.5" bone in pork chops and did a reverse sear. Used a couple chunks of guava and a chunk of Georgia Peach, amazing flavor. Along with the DP Raging River, my favorite pork so far in my young BGE career.

The peach I got from fruita.com. I've ordered a bunch of different wood from them, great stuff. The bourbon barrel is a must buy.
