Um, -perhaps it was GHS Distribution, the distributor for GA and SC. They have a Sprinter Truck wrapped in BGE. Bet it was them.

Thx for asking! Yup, we are doing fine where I'm at. All we got were flooded septic lines, which worked itself out. Some people we know lost their homes and cars though. It's going to be a long recovery process.

That's really cool but as stated above probably not the mothership. Like stated above maybe the distributor or even a local dealer. A dealer down the road from my house has a truck wrapped all in BGE like that.

Ya Stan Hays with OORBwas talking on his Facebook page about it. Met him about month or so ago at my dealer where he had just finished doing a BBQ class. I try to put something in their collection jars when I am in. Its going to take some time for SC to recover.

Chubbs and family are ok, but are in the cross hairs of the flood impact. I understand there are two bridges (1 for sure) that provides access to his neighborhood. They a washed out...and he was without water. This was as of Monday morning. I have not had any communication from him since. At the time, he was unable to leave his house.

This is what it is all about. We were lucky, and didn't get a lot of damage. My office was flooded, but minor compared to most. I have several friends who lost everything or have family who have lost everything. We are not out of the woods yet, as they are still trying to fix/secure many bridges and dams. I went through one area yesterday that looked like a war zone. Please continue to keep these people in your thoughts and prayers. I have been amazed at the amount of support shown to our state so far. It is going to be a long road to recovery, but I am sure it will happen

To answer the question the gentleman that went to Columbia is George King and his friends. I am proud to say he works for GHS Distribution. He volunteered and didn't want the attention but I am giving credit where credit is due.Great job George.
