Beef shin on the bone

Hey everyone, long time no see. I've cooked loads on the egg all through summer but not had time to post. I will do when I get the chance.

Anyways, i got four 1inch thick slices of beef shin on the bone from the butchers. Normally I slow braise it in a slow cooker, and realise I could slow braise in a dutch oven on the egg. Has anyone not braised beef shin and cooked in the same way you would cook say a brisket?

Cheers!

Osso Bucco is the only way I've done it.
