Does anyone have a recipe for making buns for pulled pork? Thank you.

    Recipe Name: BEAUTIFUL BURGER BUNS
    Category: BREADS
    Serves: 8[p]1 Cup water
    2 Tblsp butter
    1 Large egg
    13 1/4 Ounce unbleached ap flour
    1/4 Cup sugar
    1 Tsp. salt
    1 Tblsp unstant yeast
    1 Tsp. onion powder (optional)
    1/2 Tsp. dried minced onion (optional) [p]Preheat to 375[p]Combine all ingredants till you have made a soft dough.
    Cover in greased bowl and rise 1 hr.
    Divide to 8 pcs. and shapr to flat ball, place on greased sheet
    cover and rise 30"to 40".
    Bake 12" to 15" till brown.
    For burgers split, then butter and fry till heated thru and golden brown.
