Cuban Stuffed Pork Chops

@WeberWho? inspired me when he posted his Cuban pork chop cook and I had to try my take at it. These are coated in mustard inside and stuffed with Swiss cheese, ham, and pickle slices.  They're dusted with DP Raging River and cooked raised direct at 375 over orange wood smoke. They were an amazing dinner and these chops will definitely be in dinner rotation.  :)
