Ever since I picked up the Max, I wanted to build a shelved carrier like I had for the camper mini. After some measuring and engineering hurdles, I finally completed it. I was able to lighten it up so that it is about the same weight as the mini one I built but just as strong. Cannot wait for the first camping trip to try it out.

Thanks. The handles are from a leftover sheet of Corian I have been holding on to for about ten years. Finally found a use for it.

@sancho65- That handle is a piece of cut and polished Corian countertop leftover from a long ago yacht project I did for somebody. I knew one day I would find a way to start using it up. Only three feet to go...

The one that came worth the max works fine for a carrier. But since I use this camping I end up always needing some space on the side for utensils or spices, etc. This allows me to carry and have space on the side.

Man that is awesome. You should sell the design to BGE. I think it kicks the standard carrier's ass.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
