First time making wings on my new BGE. 350f, direct, grill at standard height flipping every 15 minutes for 1 hour total. These wings came out perfect. Crispy on outside, meat falling off the bones. Just used some old rubs I already had in the cabinet - the Jerk one was ok but the Weber Garlic & Herbs one was great. I'll be ordering some egghead forum approved rubs soon. Thank you to everyone for all your help for this cook (from other thread)

Great cook. As you saw on the other thread-there are many ways to cook them. Eggsperiment-one of the benefits of the BGE and enjoy the test kitchen results.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
