I received my mini max on Tuesday and I am breaking it in tonight. On the menu tonight, there is bacon wrapped chicken breast and stuffed potatoes. Hope it comes out good. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Thanks. Stemc you are right. It is only my wife and I, my 2 year old daughter doesn't eat much food. So I will light this for smaller cooks instead of the xl. The thermopen worked great as well. Once I got home from my last job I had lots of new toys.
