I finally cooked Green Lightning Shrimp on Sunday inspired by @NecessaryIndulg You can see her post here . I didn't get pics of every step but I think I got enough. I always forget to take pics until I've missed several steps.
Here is the marinade mixed up. It was 4 jalapenos seeded, scallions, garlic, cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper.

I skewered the shrimp and poured the marinade over them and let them sit for 30 mins before going on the egg.

On the egg raised grid at 400 degrees for about 3 mins a side.

Pulled them off and let them rest for a couple of mins

Made the garlic cilantro butter sauce that we used to dip the shrimp in. The recipe called for it to be poured over the shrimp but they were so good without it we just used it as a dip.

Plated pic. had some tomato soup and cornbread with it. It was delicious. I will definitely do this cook again.

Thanks everyone! They were delicious. Another way we cook them a lot is olive oil and Old Bay Rub, which is old bay course ground with brown sugar added from what I can tell. And it is good too. I'll have to post that next time we cook it. Thanks again everyone!
