Just Some Wings

Since tonight is a battle of the birds, I figured wings were in order.
3 kinds, buffalo, dry rub BBQ with Meadow Creek Gourmet rub, and used marinade I had leftover from last nights cauliflower:

Up high indirect on the XL around 350* for around an hour did the trick.

And a close up of one of the marinade wings:

Nice and crispy skin on all of them, except the buffalo. Once you drizzle on a combo of melted butter and Frank's, you lose the crispy skin.
They were all really good, I especially liked the marinade wings. Kind of like a tandoori flavor to them.
There's still some left and in the fridge I might warm up later on during the game.
And go EAGLES!

For my next whole cauliflower on the BGE I'm going to use that Purewow marinade - love it in the oven, should be spectacular in an Egg.
