Salt and Pepper Shrimp; Seafood Fried Rice

I nailed the fried rice tonight: rice, carrots, peas, scallions, (fake) crab sticks, real lump crab meat. Little bit of soy sauce.
The salt and pepper shrimp were just okay...just not that flavorful this time. They seemed to cook our a lot of water probably didn't help.
