First use of my new PSwoo2-CI

I finally got around to using my PSwoo2 for a raised direct cook of some chicken thighs & a drumstick.
I created my own marinade using a mixture of Asian sauces and oils.
Marinaded the chicken for a few hours, then after removing from the marinade, I sprinkled my own concoction of dry Asian seasonings on the chicken. Smoked at 350F with Cherry wood for about 40 minutes, thickest thigh probed at 170F.
